Gary King is a visionary land developer who typically acquires farmland and rezones it to a new and improved usage. Getting the necessary approvals to build a project that is economically viable is what rezoning is all about. It is a complex highly political, community sensitive, costly and very time consuming process that ultimately involves many detailed studies, reports and evaluations. Gary has gained a tremendous amount of real estate experience in numerous jurisdictions in Western Canada and Southwestern United States.

Having graduated from several Universities and Post Graduate Real Estate Affiliations, his specialized field of rezoning began when he was Vice President of Greater Vancouver Realty in the 1980's and '90's. Gary's interaction with PGA Tour Players in Vancouver and Palm Springs, California and subsequent involvement with Jack Nicklaus Golf Services earned him an invitation by Mr. Nicklaus personally to attend the Memorial Tournament, to include winner celebrations, at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio.
